It is time for another soap challenge with the Great Cakes Soapworks Soap Challenge Club!
We have been so busy lately, that we only just got a chance to create our entry two days before the deadline. It is a good thing that the batch wasn't a total and complete flop or else we would have nothing to submit. As it is, we're pretty pleased with how it came out. It looks nice and it smells great.
We were challenged to create a soap in a log mold that was a study in opposites. With the mold divided in half, each portion of the soap should somehow illustrate an opposite whether in design, theme, color, scent...
We had a slight snafu along the way, but you'll have to watch the video below to see all of the details.

We will let this batch cure for 6 weeks, and the soap will be ready to use by August 27.
